At PRO$PERITY, everything we create is made on purpose, with purpose.
Each piece — from clothing to art — carries intention, creativity, and meaning. We want you to feel that when your order arrives.
If something doesn’t align with what you expected, we’ll do our best to make it right.

1. Returns
You can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:
• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
• Tags and packaging must be intact
• You must include proof of purchase (your order number works)
Items not eligible for return:
• Sale or clearance items
• Custom or one-of-one art pieces (these are made specially for you)
• Gift cards
• Intimate or hygiene items (e.g., undergarments, swimwear, or masks)
Because original artworks and one-of-one designs are unique creations, all sales of those items are final.

2. How to Start a Return
To start a return, email us at PROSPERITYCONTACTFORALL@GMAIL.COM with:
• Your order number
• The item(s) you’d like to return
• A short note about why you’re returning it
Once your return is approved, we’ll send you instructions — and if needed, a shipping label.
Please ship your return within 7 days after approval.

3. Shipping Costs
If the return is due to a size issue or a change of mind, you’ll cover the return shipping.
If your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect — that’s on us, and we’ll cover the shipping costs.

4. Refunds
Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note: shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is our fault.

5. Exchanges
Need a different size or replacement?
Send us a message at PROSPERITYCONTACTFORALL@GMAIL.COM before shipping anything back, and we’ll help you set up an exchange — depending on what’s in stock.
Please note: one-of-one artworks and custom pieces cannot be exchanged since they’re unique.

6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Send your order number and a few photos, and we’ll fix it with a replacement, repair, or refund — whatever works best for you.
